Professional Resource Team (PNRT) RRTs are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in various settings. They are part of a market-based respiratory resource team assigned to different facilities to meet patient care needs within the market. These RRTs have the skills, competency, and qualifications to work across 3-4 locations within a defined market, known as the Local Resource Team - RRT.

PNRT RRTs are experienced professionals demonstrating independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and adaptability. They uphold high standards of respiratory care and collaborate across disciplines. They are early adopters of Novant Health systems, technology, and workflows. Responsibilities

Our Registered Respiratory Therapist IIs (RRTs) are key leaders, building genuine relationships with patients and their support systems. They operate under respiratory and ventilator management protocols with a high level of autonomy. Depending on the facility, responsibilities may include performing intubations and inserting arterial lines.
