Professional Resource Team (PNRT) RRTs are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. The PNRT RRTs are part of a market-based respiratory resource team assigned to various facilities to meet patient care needs within the market, working across 5 or more locations within Greater Charlotte (GCM). This group is known as the Regional Resource Team - RRT.

PNRT RRTs are experienced professionals demonstrating independence, rule consciousness, social boldness, and change readiness. They are committed to professional standards and inter-professional collaboration, often being early adopters of new systems, technology, and workflows. Responsibilities

Our Registered Respiratory Therapist IIs (RRTs) act as leaders within the healthcare team, establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They practice under respiratory and ventilator management protocols with a high degree of autonomy, and may perform procedures such as intubations and arterial line insertions depending on the facility.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year/Associate Degree required; 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
