Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess patients' respiratory needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and ensure quality patient and family experiences. You will perform thorough assessments, manage oxygen therapy and other modalities, and coach staff and students as a Shift Coordinator.

The role requires graduation from a specialty training program and current BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting with intra-hospital transport and emergency airway management.
• Supporting procedures like fiberoptic bronchoscopy and invasive line placements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality protocols.
• Serving as Shift Coordinator and preceptor for new staff and students.
