The role requires collaboration with the medical team, providing patient education, assisting with procedures such as bronchoscopy and invasive line placement, and ensuring safety standards compliance.

Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty training program in respiratory therapy, with certifications including ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS. Ability to perform routine and advanced respiratory care, communicate effectively with team members and patients, and function as a charge person or preceptor. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, equipment management, and emergency response is essential.
