Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to assess patient respiratory needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and perform therapies such as aerosolized meds and oxygen therapy.

You will manage ventilators, assist with airway emergencies, and educate patients and families on disease management in a team-oriented, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS are required.
• Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilation, airway management, and blood gas analysis.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient respiratory needs and establish care plans.
• Perform treatments including aerosolized medications, secretion management, and oxygen therapy.
• Manage mechanical ventilators and assist with airway emergencies.
• Collect and analyze arterial blood gases, support intra-hospital transport, and assist in bronchoscopy procedures.
• Collaborate with medical teams, ensure safety standards, and adhere to regulatory requirements.
