Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer therapies such as aerosolized meds, oxygen, and secretion management.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive devices per protocols.
• Educate patients and families on disease management.
• Assist with intra-hospital transport, airway management, and invasive procedures like bronchoscopy.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and maintain patient confidentiality.

Role: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) responsible for patient respiratory care assessment, treatment planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and secretion management.
• Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators and non-invasive devices, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Provide patient and family education on disease management tailored to age-specific needs.
• Assist with intra-hospital transport, emergency airway management, and invasive procedures like bronchoscopy.
• Conduct arterial blood gas sampling, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with safety standards.
• Serve as Shift Coordinator and preceptor, supporting clinical staff and students.
• Collaborate with medical teams and utilize state-of-the-art equipment for optimal patient outcomes.
