Qualifications

• Current State licensure as Respiratory Therapist (MA).
• Graduate of AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active CRT or RRT credential required (MA).
• ACLS and BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provides respiratory care under physician orders.
• Maintains infection control and follows policies.
• Operates and inspects respiratory equipment.
• Documents patient data in medical records.
• Forms care plans and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
• Acts as shift leader for daily operations.

Education

Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure

Graduate of AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy

Posseses and maintains an active CRT or RRT credential

Current ACLS and BLS Certification
