Responsibilities

Southwest Healthcare includes Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California, a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission, and Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, a 120-bed acute-care hospital. Both facilities offer specialized services including Trauma Center, Pediatric Emergency Services, OB/Emergency Department, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Qualifications

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Compliance with regulatory practices such as HIPAA.
• Proven expertise in Respiratory Care Practices and knowledge of all special Respiratory and Cardiopulmonary procedures.
• Current licenses, credentials, and certificates.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to proctor others.

Experience & Education

• Minimum 1 year of Acute and Critical Care experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC as of July 10, 2019.
• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy as of July 10, 2019.

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RCP license from California.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications.
