Job summary

Lionstone Therapy in Ohio seeks a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders in healthcare, long-term care, or acute care settings. You will administer oxygen therapy, manage ventilators, perform diagnostic tests, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, with active RT licensure and CRT or RRT certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio.
• CRT or RRT certification required; strong communication and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Administer oxygen therapy, bronchodilators, and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilation devices.
• Perform ABG analysis and PFT where applicable.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and inhaler use.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and participate in care team meetings.
