Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Erie is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our team for full-time nights, 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. You will evaluate patients, implement treatment plans, and provide respiratory care to critically ill patients in our post-ICU setting.

Active NBRC CRT or RRT credentials, current state licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months are required. We offer a sign-on bonus of $15,000 through 11/5 and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition reimbursement, PTO,

Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire).

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
