Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years clinical experience, at least 6 months in critical care.
• Active licenses and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT or RCP).
• Strong communication and critical thinking, plus computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care including ventilator management and meds per protocols.
• Perform ABG sampling and assist invasive/non-invasive procedures.
• Document accurately and ensure patient safety per evidence-based practices.
• Mentor peers, students, and new staff to develop the team.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan therapy and improve outcomes.

• Deliver quality patient care through assessments, therapy planning, and collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, perform arterial blood gas sampling, and assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Promote patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Support a positive work environment, provide customer service, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
• Mentor peers, students, and new staff, fostering team development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
