Role Summary: The Respiratory Therapist II delivers complex respiratory care, including medication administration, ventilator management, airway procedures, and patient assessments in critical care settings. They provide education to patients, families, and staff, ensuring safety and quality care while collaborating with healthcare teams. The role involves independent decision-making, participation in procedures, and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
