Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Licenses and certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Prof, BLS, ACLS (all required upon hire).
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively with healthcare teams and patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and collaborate on care planning.
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and perform airway procedures.
• Conduct pulmonary diagnostics and invasive/non-invasive procedures.
• Mentor new employees, students, and peers.
