Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of clinical experience (minimum 6 months in critical care) and hold a Respiratory Therapy degree with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP and NBRC-RRT

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and therapies including aerosolized medications, airway management, and ABG analysis.
• Manage ventilators, including weaning and waveform interpretation.
• Educate patients, families, and new staff on treatment plans.
• Assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Ensure safety, documentation accuracy, and participation in quality initiatives.
• Support a positive work environment and promote performance improvement efforts.
