FutureCare Associates, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our nursing team and implement personalized treatment plans for residents under physician orders.

You will perform respiratory care procedures, monitor ventilators, obtain blood gases, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality care. The role offers competitive pay ($40.00-$45.00/hour) with sign-on bonuses for full-time and part-time positions, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current licensure from the state of Maryland as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Experience in respiratory therapy with adults/geriatrics.
• Ability to follow physician orders and to operate ventilators and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accept and transcribe physician orders for respiratory procedures.
• Manage ventilator care and weaning.
• Perform blood gas sampling and pulmonary function testing.
• Administer aerosol therapies and medications via inhalation devices.
• Provide education to residents, families, and staff.
• Document care and respond to patient status and alarms.
