Job summary

Kalesta Healthcare Group is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide physician-ordered respiratory treatments in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Madras, Oregon. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program is required.
• Proficient in respiratory assessment and patient care in long-term care settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered respiratory treatments (nebulizers, MDI with spacers, oxygen therapy).
• Monitor and document patient responses to therapies in EMR.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory medications and device use.
• Maintain respiratory equipment and ensure safe oxygen storage and handling.
