Kalesta Healthcare seeks a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our Madras, Oregon care team. You will provide RT treatments, monitor respiratory status, and collaborate with nursing and therapy to optimize outcomes. The role requires an Oregon RCP license and RT program graduate credentials.

Formación

• Oregon license as Respiratory Care Practitioner required.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; CRT/RRT preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; compassionate and resident-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments per physician orders (nebulizer, suctioning, oxygen, etc.).
• Assess and monitor residents' respiratory status and report changes promptly.
• Document treatments, interventions, and resident responses accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory care techniques and equipment.
• Ensure cleaning, maintenance, and functionality of respiratory equipment.
