Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Newark, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our night shift team on a full-time basis. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver respiratory care to critically ill patients with complex medical needs.

Requirements include NBRC credentials (CRT or RRT), BLS, current state licensure, and ACLS within six months. We offer a generous sign-on bonus, extensive orientation, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.

Schedule: Full Time / Nights

Compensation: $35 to $47.10 per Hour, based off of years of Experience

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Minimum requirements:

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire).

Preferred qualifications:

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
