Job summary

Saint Joe’s in Sharonville, OH is hiring a Respiratory Therapist on a full-time, 1st shift. You will deliver personalized respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans, collaborating with Nursing and Therapy teams to support whole-person care for residents with developmental disabilities.

The role requires an Ohio RRT or CRT license, CPR & First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with developmental disabilities is preferred; strong communication and organization

• Clear communication, strong organization, and a collaborative spirit.
• Self-motivated, flexible approach to managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Habilitation, and Therapy teams for whole-person care.
• Manage and monitor respiratory equipment (oxygen, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, airway devices).
• Participate in IP meetings and help shape resident goals.
• Train staff on respiratory techniques, equipment use, and safety.
• Support residents returning from hospital stays and track progress.
