Job summary

Saint Joe’s in Sharonville, OH is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist on the 1st shift. You will deliver respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans to residents and partner with Nursing, Habilitation, and Therapy teams to support whole-person care.

You will manage oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, and airway clearance devices; participate in IP meetings; train staff on techniques and safety; and help residents return from hospital stays while tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RRT or CRT license.
• CPR & First Aid certification; valid driver’s license.
• Experience with individuals with severe or profound developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Clear communication, strong organization, and a collaborative spirit.
• A self-motivated, flexible approach to managing multiple priorities.
