Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans.
• Partner with Nursing, Habilitation, and Therapy teams to support whole‑person care.
• Manage and monitor respiratory equipment (oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, airway clearance devices).
• Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and help shape resident‑specific goals.
• Train staff on respiratory techniques, equipment use, and safety.
• Support residents returning from hospital stays and track progress to ensure strong outcomes.
