Job Responsibilities

• Perform and document patient assessments, including breath sounds and airway patency.
• Administer respiratory therapies such as oxygen delivery and aerosol medications.
• Assist with artificial airway placement and manage mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor patient responses and intervene as necessary.
• Support transportation of ventilator-dependent patients and respond to emergent situations.

Qualifications

• State Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician or Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Certification as CRTT, LCRT, or RRT/RCP.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, obtained within 30 days of employment.
