You will assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions, manage ventilators, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active license required to practice Respiratory Therapy.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Clinical respiratory care experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Respiratory Care Management: Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions; administer oxygen therapy and inhaled medications.
• Ventilator Management: Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot ventilators for patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
• Patient Education: Provide education and training to patients and families about respiratory care and techniques.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work with physicians, nurses, and others to develop personalized care plans.
• Monitor and Record Data: Track patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and communicate changes to the team.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and code situations.
