St. Luke’s University Health Network in New Jersey is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to evaluate patient needs and deliver prescribed respiratory support across critical and non-critical areas.

The role requires NJ licensure and NBRC credentials, with a minimum of 6 months’ clinical experience. BLS is mandatory and ACLS within one year. Expect collaboration, ongoing education, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Respiratory Therapist in New Jersey.
• NBRC credentials.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sets up and maintains ventilatory support across care areas.
• Evaluates patient status and documents assessments in medical records.
• Administers respiratory care and oxygen therapy per physician orders.
• Participates in Code Blue and Rapid Response teams.
• Draws arterial blood gases and analyzes results.
• Performs arterial puncture and supports diagnostic testing such as PFT and oximetry.
• Assists with bronchoscopy and related procedures.
