Job summary

FullShift Staffing in Winchester, TN is seeking a passionate Respiratory Therapist for a contract role offering day shifts, multiple schedule options, and a 13‑week term (with option to extend) or permanent placement.

You will administer respiratory care, assess patients, collaborate with physicians and nurses, educate families, and maintain accurate documentation while supporting a patient‑centered care approach. New grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification, or ability to obtain.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year).
• Strong Leadership and Critical thinking capabilities.
• Team Player with a Positive Attitude: We value camaraderie and dedication to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory care and treatments to patients.
• Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions, treatments, and techniques for managing symptoms.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
