Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment. The role offers a 13-week contract (with option to extend) or potential permanent placement, with days shifts and a competitive pay package including housing and travel stipends for travelers.

You will deliver respiratory care, monitor progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while providing education and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results; current physical stating fit for duty (within past year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and treatments to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
