Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in a 13-week contract (with option to extend) or permanent placement. Shifts are days with a 4x12s schedule and 48 hours guaranteed weekly.

Pay includes an excellent hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers, with weekly pay and strong onboarding support. New grads are welcome, and the role offers growth, patient interaction, and a supportive team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must have active Respiratory Therapy license in the state of employment (new grads welcome).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test results.
• Current physical fit for duty (within past year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and treatments to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
