Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in the United States. Roles include delivering respiratory care, monitoring progress, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and maintaining documentation.

New grads are welcome, with per-diem travel options and an exciting 13-week contract length (with extension) or potential permanent placement. Housing and travel stipends are available for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapy License in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory care and treatments to patients with a variety of conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
