Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist for a 14+ week contract assignment in Laconia, NH. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and guaranteed hours in a supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator management
• Monitor and document patient responses to therapy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare team members to develop and adjust care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
• RRT or CRT credential required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience preferred
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to work day or night shifts as needed
