Qualifications

  • ACLS certification current or eligible.
  • NBRC Certification is required.
  • PALS & NRP required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • 2 years of acute care hospital experience required.

Position Overview
  • We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a collaborative healthcare team at a 25-bed critical access hospital in northern New Hampshire. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient services, with opportunities to work across all age groups. New graduates are welcome and training is provided.
  • The Respiratory Care Practitioner plays a vital role in delivering safe, evidence-based respiratory care while demonstrating professionalism, clinical independence, and strong teamwork.
Compensation & Incentives
  • Hourly Rate: $30.00 – $45.00
  • Annual Salary Range: $62,400 – $93,600
  • Sign-On / Commencement Bonus: Up to $7,500 for RRT - Up to $3,500 for RT
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500
  • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $15,750
  • Transport: Required (critical access hospital setting)
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • ACLS – Current or eligible
