Job summary

Grenada Clinical Services seeks a Director of Respiratory Services to plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative and operational activities of the respiratory care department for pediatric and adult patients with breathing disorders.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree in an accredited respiratory program with years of related experience; Masters preferred; NBRC-registered (RRT) and CRT with Mississippi licensure. This is a full-time on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in respiratory care with related experience.
• Masters degree preferred.
• NBRC registration (RRT) and CRT with Mississippi licensure.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and monitors all operations, functions, and resources to assure optimal and safe patient care.
• Directs staffing allocation, staff evaluation, and retention.
• Implements professional standards and quality control measurements.
• Evaluates department effectiveness and initiates changes or training.
• Serves as liaison between medical staff, administration and other departments.
• Coordinates services with vendors to assure efficiency and cost control.
