Responsibilities

• Lead regional respiratory team and oversee clinical operations.
• Ensure policy compliance and staff training.
• Budget planning and equipment management for respiratory services.
• Coordinate with health systems, facilities, and physician offices.
• Monitor patient care quality and safety across the region.
• Prepare reports, statistics, and surveys on service activities.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor respiratory staff.
