Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and monitors all operations and resources to assure optimal and safe patient care.
• Manages fiscal planning, financial reporting, and departmental expenditures.
• Directs staffing, hires, evaluates, and retains competent staff.
• Develops and enforces professional standards and quality control measures.
• Evaluates department operations and implements improvements.
• Acts as liaison between medical staff, administration, and other departments.
• Coordinates services with vendors to ensure efficient supply and cost control.
