Responsibilities

• Direct the Respiratory Therapy Department and staff.
• Oversee diagnostic and treatment services for respiratory disorders.
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and company policy.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and quality initiatives.
• Monitor and report patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Manage department budget and resource utilization.
• Provide interdepartmental education and trainings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Team for care planning and program improvements.
