Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Respiratory Sales Representative in New Orleans, LA to build provider relationships and drive referrals from pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, discharge planners and others across the market. The role offers a strong base salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses, and full benefits, with fast-track promotion opportunities into senior sales or leadership roles.

Ideal candidates include LTAC clinical liaisons or RTs transitioning into sales with local referral

Qualifications

• Long-Term Acute Care Clinical Liaison experience.
• Sales experience calling on pulmonology, hospitalist, case management or discharge planning contacts.
• Strong existing referral relationships in the New Orleans area is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new referral accounts and build provider relationships across the New Orleans market.
• Drive referrals through interactions with pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, discharge planners and other providers.
• Represent the company to healthcare providers and manage the sales cycle from introduction to closure.

Our client, a leading home respiratory care company helping patients transition from hospital to home through high-touch respiratory disease management, is hiring a Respiratory Sales Representative to develop new referral accounts and build provider relationships across the New Orleans market.

This role is focused on driving referrals through relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, discharge planners, and other key healthcare providers.

• Strong base salary + uncapped commission + bonus potential
