Job summary

Pursuit is seeking a Respiratory Sales Representative to grow the Ann Arbor market. This field-based clinical sales role focuses on building relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, discharge planners, and respiratory teams while driving referrals.

You will review patient charts, identify suitable respiratory patients, and collaborate with providers to complete orders and documentation for referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in LTACH clinical liaison roles.
• Background as a respiratory therapist moving into sales.
• Healthcare sales experience contacting pulmonologists, hospitalists, discharge planners.
• Comfort with chart reviews and coordinating clinical documentation.
• Strong referral networks around Ann Arbor are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with physicians and hospital staff to drive referrals.
• Identify eligible respiratory patients and facilitate orders and documentation.
• Present products and stay compliant with healthcare regulations.

Our client, a leading home respiratory care company helping patients transition from hospital to home, is hiring a Respiratory Sales Representative to grow the Ann Arbor market.

This is a field-based clinical sales role combining relationship development, patient identification, and referral management.

You’ll build relationships with pulmonologists, hospitalists, case managers, discharge planners, respiratory teams, and other healthcare providers while also reviewing patient charts, identifying appropriate respiratory patients, and working with providers on the orders and documentation needed for referrals.

• Strong base salary + uncapped commission + bonus potential
