Job summary

GSK is seeking a field-based Sales Professional to cover Cincinnati and surrounding OH communities. You will engage specialist customers, build relationships and execute account plans to drive product adoption for a biologic portfolio.

The role emphasizes scientific knowledge, payer navigation and compliant customer interactions. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 2+ years business-to-business sales.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Must live in the geography. No relocation assistance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, and Customer Engagement expertise to specialist customers in support of a GSK biologic product.
• Understand the reimbursement/distribution landscape for specialist customers and refer to appropriate resources to assist with reimbursement and distribution choices.
• Maintain knowledge and data with respect to severe asthma therapeutic expertise.
• Provide product educational programs/in-services to customers.
• Work within Compliance guidelines and GSK values.
• Develop strategies and tactics to generate sales.
• Develop and implement strategies for each customer within an account.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Marketing, Payer Relations Managers, Medical (MSLs), and other functions within GSK.
• Effectively manage allocated resources.
• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer requests and inquiries.
