• Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Therapy program.
• NH license required at date of hire with BLS/ACLS/PALS as specified.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee respiratory care team and 24/7 unit coverage.
• Lead protocol development and education for staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and leadership on patient care.
• Monitor quality metrics and participate in improvement projects.
• Direct staff rounds, staffing, and workflow on assigned shift.
