Qualifications

• Graduate of CoARC approved accredited school for Respiratory Therapy.
• Bachelor’s degree required or active enrollment within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee respiratory care team during shift and ensure high-quality patient care across ages.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to implement protocols and training.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource use to control costs and maintain safety.
