Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Care License required.
• NBRC credentialed required.
• RRT preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred at hire; must obtain before direct patient care.
• CPFT/RPFT preferred; NBRC credentials valued.
• Valid driver’s license required for Home Care/DME.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate respiratory care therapies.
• Serve as preceptor to new team members.
• Explain therapy goals to patients and adjust treatments per response.
• Document thoroughly in patient records and maintain standards.
