Job summary

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner I to deliver advanced respiratory therapies in a premier teaching hospital setting. You will work a night shift, participate in a clinical ladder, and help mentor junior therapists within a team dedicated to excellent patient outcomes.

Location: Hershey, PA. Sign-on bonus of $15,000 for eligible candidates; 0.90 FTE, 7:00 pm–7:00 am, night differential $2.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Licensed RT in Pennsylvania is required.
• NBRC RRT credential required.
• AHA BLS certification required before orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced respiratory care to patients across specialties.
• Mentor and resource for junior respiratory therapists.
• Participate in the professional development clinical ladder.
