Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in respiratory care.
• Bachelor's degree or current enrollment and graduation from an accredited respiratory care program.
• RRT credential required.
• BLS required.
• ACCS and/or NPS and/or RPFT credentials.
• NRP required only for NICU hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate staff assignments, coordinate workload, and ensure delivery of quality patient care during the assigned shift.
• Monitor quality and safety metrics.
• Provide unit-based education.
• Contribute to Performance Evaluations.
