Job summary

The role oversees budgets, revenue forecasting, and coordination with regional and national directors, mentoring staff and collaborating with other lines to win projects that match the staff’s skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Active engagement in professional or industry associations.
• Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers and other area business group directors.
• Strong commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities
