Job summary

HDR is seeking a Resources Business Group Manager to lead our Minnesota and Wisconsin team. You will develop and guide multidisciplinary resources, manage staff, and align projects with client needs and HDR’s strategic goals.

You will collaborate with leaders to drive growth, ensure quality deliverables, and mentor engineers and planners across disciplines while maintaining HDR's values and employee‑owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience with leading diverse teams.
• Ability to set and execute a strategic direction for the Resources practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Resources Business Group in Minnesota and Wisconsin and develop teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development Leader to pursue strategic opportunities.
• Oversee quality of deliverables, supervise and mentor staff, and manage forecasts and budgets.
