HDR, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an ES&P Team Lead to manage production operations, mentor staff, and help deliver reliable power projects for industrial and public clients.

You will lead marketing planning, proposals and interviews, coordinate services with other sections, and oversee project production with proactive management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
• May function as an Assistant Project Manager and assist in production on projects alongside management responsibilities.
• Coordinate services with other sections and lead technical personnel.
• Involved in marketing planning, proposals and interviews.
• Engage with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues.
• Ensure all work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated through proactive project management system.
• Implement and monitor company policy.
• Assist in the selection, training and development of technical personnel.
• Work with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national efforts.
