Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Resources projects or related fields.
• Experience leading diverse teams and client relationships.
• Ability to set strategic direction aligned with firm vision and goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development Lead to pursue strategic client and project opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise and oversee quality of deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor staff within the Resources group.
• Prepare annual revenue forecasts and budgets; monitor financial performance.
• Help sell and win projects matching staff capabilities and developmental goals.
• Coordinate services with other HDR business lines and regional counterparts.
