Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic-minded Resources Business Group Data Steward to define, share, and reuse data across HDR’s Business Group and HDR. This leadership role enables better decisions, reuse, and delivery excellence with a focus on data simplicity and connectivity.

The role reports to the Resources Business Group Technology Director and collaborates with HDR Data Operations and the Technology Leadership Team to empower teams and improve data quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, computer science, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience leading diverse data-focused teams and delivering data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the RBG data point of contact and SME for term definitions and business context.
• Develop and maintain data glossaries for key engineering terms with business context.
• Drive alignment around data processes, priority, and usage across teams.
