Job summary

HDR is seeking a strategic Resources Business Group Data Steward to define data standards, governance, and reuse across the organization. This leadership role focuses on simplifying data, improving accessibility, and enabling reuse across projects and time.

You will work with HDR Data Operations, Technology Leadership, and business teams to align practices, drive data-driven decisions, and support analytics, automation, and AI initiatives in the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of strategic leadership experience.
• Experience delivering data-focused solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data glossaries with business context.
• Help govern externally sourced datasets (access, approvals, inventory, lifecycle).
• Promote consistent, responsible use of technical data across teams.
• Lead a RBG SME network to align practices and share lessons learned.
• Promote data fluency across the RBG and collaboration with other BG teams.
• Support governance and share knowledge with HDR Data Operations and Tech Leadership.
• Communicate and collaborate with BG Data Stewards and Enterprise Data Science Teams.
