The Service Integration – Navigation program has an opportunity for a Resources and Services Navigator. The ideal candidate will work closely with our community partners and create plans with families that promote stability, self-sufficiency, health, and safety so that children may be cared for in their own homes or in the homes of relatives. The position is located in our Caldwell office.
The Idaho Department of Health & Welfare is a drug-free workplace.
