188 instructional days, probationary/term contract, salary per district guide. Primary duties include instruction, IEP development, data collection, and collaboration with staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and valid teacher certification.
• Special education certification and ESL requirements within first year.
• Certification must meet state and federal requirements to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lessons aligned to district curriculum and IEPs.
• Identify learner needs and set appropriate goals/objectives.
• Assist in developing/writing students' IEPs and track progress.
• Follow instructional objectives based on learning styles and ET guidelines.
• Collaborate with parents, staff and community to support students.
• Attend meetings, prepare required reports and participate in staff initiatives.
